Industry research has shown that potential buyers prefer listings with 22-27 images included for small and medium sized homes (1200-2500sqft). Larger properties (3000 sq ft and up) can benefit from more images though as there is just more to feature.
All of our services are delivered using our client portal. You will receive a username and password by email that will allow you to access all of your media (images & video) for download. For video clients we offer hosting on either of our youtube or vimeo channels, and we provide the hosting link via email for those services should you prefer that we host the video for you. If you prefer your images by cloud drive (Google, Dropbox, etc), we can provide that service by request.
We are a Barrie based photography provider, but we service anywhere in Simcoe, Muskoka, & York Regions. We provide service to the GTA as well, but minimum purchase policies apply. Please contact us for more information.
Currently we accept appointment requests by phone, sms, or email. We have an online booking system currently under construction that we expect to be ready soon. Our contact details can be found on the ‘Contact Us’ page of our website.
We do accept rush service requests as long as they are made at least 72 hours prior to your photography appointment. We do our best to accomodate rush service requests but cannot guarantee availability. All rushed services come with a $100 fee per each service delivered (Photo, Video, Virtual Tour, Aerial Photo, etc)
We would be happy to reschedule the shoot at your direction, for no additional charge on our next
available date. If you would prefer to keep the appointment, we can photograph the interior of the
property and then reschedule the exterior for an additional $100 fee. If we deem the weather unsafe to
travel in (ice/snowstorms, etc) we will make every effort to give you as much warning as possible and
will offer to reschedule your shoot with no additional charge.
If we receive notice of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled
appointment, no fees will apply. With less than 24 hours prior to the start of the scheduled
appointment, there is a $50 cancellation fee.
The average photoshoot takes approximately 1 hour depending on the size of the home and the total amount of
images ordered. If a video or virtual tour is part of your order, that takes approximately an additional 1
hr, again depending upon the size of the home.
Due to Covid-19, we do prefer and request that no one else be present at the time of the
photoshoot. However we do understand that this isn’t always possible and in the event that the
property is not able to be made vacant for the duration of the shoot, we ask all clients and homeowners
to wear a mask and maintain appropriate indoor social distance.
Our image delivery system provides the option to download your images optimized for MLS, or
larger resolution, whichever you prefer. If you are interested in full resolution images for physical
printing or other marketing/promotional work, please contact us.
No. All images remain the property of Morgan Media and are provided to Real Estate clients
according to a single use, non-transferable image license for the purpose of marketing the specific property for sale.
That image license is good for the duration of your listing and expires once the listing is sold, canceled,
or reassigned to another agent. Any usage of the photos by a third party including another agent, interior designer, or
builder is prohibited unless approved in writing by Morgan Media. Clients wishing to use select photographs for ongoing
use to market their business may purchase a separate usage license, contact us for current licensing rates.
